| 摘 要： | 农业技术创新是影响农业生产和发展的重要因素,而合理的制度安排可以激励和保证技术创新的实现。笔者认为推进农业技术创新制度建设可以从文化创新、公共服务和信息建设3个方面入手,从根本上为农业技术创新的有序进行提供保障。

| Abstract: | Agricultural technological innovation was one of important factors which influenced agricultural production and development. Reasonable institutional arrangement encouraged and ensured the implementation of technological innovation. System of agricultural technological innovation could be promoted from three aspects of cultural innovation,public service and information construction,and guarantee of the orderly development of agricultural technological innovation was provided. |
