21世纪农业经济发展的科学选择——三色农业

绿色农业、白色农业、蓝色农业———三色农业,是符合科学发展观的创新型农业经济发展理论。它以食品的概念置换粮食,把农业从单一绿色,扩展为绿、白、蓝三色。从理论和实践上,使农业从实现以粮为纲,走向满足民以食为天,获得健康营养、安全卫生的食品,坚持以人为本的精神。整体农业包容产前至产后,田间到餐桌,要求农业生产全过程实现全面、协调、可持续发展。在北京召开的第二届国际白色农业研讨会上,41个国家和地区的参会代表对三色农业表示了广泛认同。山西在宣传、推动、实践这一理论中做出了有益的探索和贡献。

The Green-White-Blue Agriculture, a Scientific Choice of Agricultural Economy Growth in 21st Century

The green-white-blue agriculture is a new agricultural economy growth theory conforming to the law of scientific growth. As it substitute food with cereal, and enlarge agricultural production into three colors of green, white and blue. It shifts agriculture from merely cereal production to manufacture of healthy nutritious safe food to feed human. It encourages people to enjoy their lives and centered all its work on the people. In the new theory of agriculture all activities from pre-harvest to post-harvest, and to the table are included in the process of the agriculture and an integrated harmony and sustainable growth is the goal to aim at. In the second international symposium held in Beijing in 2004, all representatives from 41 nations showed their complete agreement to the theory. Shanxi has made benefit approach and contribution in the propaganda, promotion and practice of the green-white-blue agriculture.
