| 摘 要： | 目的为了对刺五加的质量进行综合评价。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法，以葡萄糖作为对照品，在620nm波长下测定吸光度，分别测定刺五加叶中可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量。结果在0．083mg-0．338mg范围内，葡萄糖mg数与吸光度A值线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．32％，RSD=0．223％，R2=0．9990。刺五加叶的部位可溶性多糖含量为1．770％，粗多糖含量为1．290％。结论不同采收期刺五加叶中多糖含量差别很大，9月份采收的苇沙河地区的刺五加叶总多糖含量较高。从方法学考察可看出，本方法简便、快速、可靠、易行、重现性好，适合刺五加多糖的含量测定。 |
