| 摘 要： | 为实现灌区测量水规范化、标准化和自动化提供参考依据,保证灌区有限水资源科学管理与合理配置,达到公平和高效的利用目的,针对宁夏灌区测量水技术的发展现状进行了综合阐述.总结宁夏目前所采用的量水方法和在生产实际应用中存在的问题,提出灌区量水技术的发展趋势,通过提高灌区测量水的技术装备和测试手段,旨在提高灌区测量水技术水平和精度的有效保证.

| Abstract: | In order to provide the reference basis of standardization,normalization and automation for water measurement in the irrigation area of Ningxia,ensure scientific management and rational disposition of the limited water resources and attain fair and effective utilization of water,the present situation of developing the techniques for water measurement in the irrigation area of Ningxia was synthetically explained.To sum up the methods for measuring water adopted at present in Ningxia and the problems in the practical application of production,the developing tendency of the techniques for water measurement in the irrigation area of Ningxia was put forward.It was the effective guarantee for the enhancement of the technical level and precision of water measurement to improve the technical equipments and measuring methods for water measurement in the irrigation area of Ningxia. |
