中华鲟消化酶活性分布的研究

摘    要:测定了中华鲟四种消化器官消化酶的活性,其淀粉酶及蛋白酶的活性高高到低的顺序均为:幽门盲囊>肠道>胃>肝脏,其脂肪酶活性由高到低的顺序为:肠道>胃>肝脏>幽门盲囊。中华鲟幽门盲囊中淀粉酶和蛋白酶的活性较高,而脂肪酶几乎没有活性,肝脏中淀粉酶几乎没有活性,蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性也比较小;肠道中各种酶的活性都较高,而胃中各种酶的活性则居中。

Abstract:The digestive enzyme activities of 4 alimentary organs in acipenser sinensis were measured. The activities of amylase and protease were from high to low: pylorus > intestinal tract > stomach > liver. The activities of lipase were from high to low: intestinal tract > stomach > liver > pylorus. The activities of amylase and protease in pylorns of acipenser sinensis were ralatively high, while the lipase had almost no activity, amylase in liver had almost no activity. The activities of protease and lipase in liver were comparatively were very low. The activities of the enzymes in intestinal traet were all high. While the activities of the enzymes in stomach were in medial level.
