南京地区奶牛消化道寄生虫感染情况调查

摘    要:为了解规模化奶牛场奶牛消化道寄生虫感染情况,本调查对南京地区2个规模化奶牛场的279份粪样进行了线虫卵、球虫卵囊和吸虫卵的定性与定量检测,以便为南京地区奶牛寄生虫病的防治提供依据.结果显示,279份样本中,阳性157份,总感染率为56.27%,其中A牧场感染率为54.61%(77/141),B牧场感染率为57.79% (77/138);蠕虫阳性64份,总感染率为22.94%,A牧场感染率为12.06%(17/141),B牧场感染率为34.06% (47/138);原虫阳性141份,总感染率为50.54%,A牧场感染率为50.36%(71/141),B牧场感染率为50.72%(70/138).2个规模化奶牛场奶牛寄生虫均有混合感染现象,混合感染率分别为18.18%(14/77)、55%(44/80).检测出的寄生虫主要是犊牛新蛔虫、食道口线虫、肝片吸虫、前后盘吸虫、牛艾美耳球虫、邱氏艾美耳球虫、椭圆艾美耳球虫和隐孢子虫.

Abstract:To define the infection of intestinal parasites in large-scale dairy farm,the experiment adopt the saturated salt water and syrup floating method,sedimentation and acid-fast staining to examine the excrement of cows in Nanjing.Also,the experiments adopt the Mike McMaster counting method and J Tauer Pfato to examine the egg of nematode and coccidia oocysts.The results showed that there were 157 positive samples in total 279 samples.The total infection rate was 56.27%,of which the A farm was 50.36%,while the B farm was 57.79%.There were 64 samples positive in helminth examination,which made the total infection rate up to 22.94%.The infection rate of A farm was 54.61% in helminth examination,while the B farm made 34.06%.Results also showed 141 samples positive in protozoa examination,which made the infection rate up to 50.54%.The infection rate of A farm was 50.36% in protozoa examination,while the B farm was 50.72%.The highest EPG in farms was 43000 in coccidia,11000 in flukes and 10000 in nematode.Mixed infection existed in two large-scale farms with A 18.18% and B 55%.The parasite in detestation mainly were crypto,elliptic eimeriida,cow's eimeriida,nematode,ascrimd and trematode.
