摘    要:为了研究对光肩星天牛可能有引诱作用的挥发性物质的化学组成,用固体吸附剂GDX-101采集吸附复叶槭活体枝条的挥发性物质,通过热脱附和GC/MS法联用,对所吸附的挥发性物质进行化学组成定性分析,确定了17种组分。为活体植物挥发性物质的收集和分析提供了一个简便、快速、高灵敏、高效率的方法。

Abstract:The volatile compounds from the living branches of ash-leaf maple were collected by solid adsorbent-GDX-101. The volatile compounds captured were thermally desorbed,concentrated subjected to GC/MS identification. Seventeen chemical compounds were isolated and identified. It provides a convenient, quick,high sensitivity and efficiency method for the collecting and analysis of the volatile from living plants.
