摘    要:对芽胞杆菌组合BCL 8及其单一菌株对番茄的促生和抗病效果进行了比较研究。组合BCL 8可明显提高种子活力和发芽率,使发芽率提高10%;与单一菌株相比,组合BCL 8对番茄苗期的促生抗病作用更为显著,株高、鲜重和干重分别增加了117.08%、125.74%和140.51%,对番茄立枯病的防治效果达58.62%。采用福林 酚试剂法、3,5 二硝基水杨酸比色法和电导法分别测定组合BCL 8和单一菌株处理后种子的蛋白酶、α 淀粉酶和β 淀粉酶活性及发芽种子电导率的变化,结果表明,经组合BCL 8浸种处理后,种子的蛋白酶、α 淀粉酶和β 淀粉酶活性分别提高了299.91%、96.74%和99.98%,种子的电导率比对照降低了10.02%,初步揭示了BCL 8促进种子发芽的机制。

Abstract:The growth-promotion and disease control effects of BCL-8 combined with three Bacillus sp.on seed germination and seedling tomato were studied and compared.The combination BCL-8 can significantly improved the seed germination rate and enhanced seed vigor.The germination rate was increased by 10%.Compared with single Bacillus sp.,the combination BCL-8 has remarkable growth-promotion and disease control efficacy.The seedling height,fresh and dry weight of the tomato plants treated with BCL-8 were increased by 117.08%,125.74%and 140.51%,respectively,and the control efficacy to seedrmg Rhizoctonia rot of tomato was 58.62%.The results of Folin-phenol reagent method and 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry method showed that the activity of proteinase,a-amylase and Kamylase of tomato seeds was higher than that of in the control,after treated with combination BCL-8,which were increased by 299.91%,96.74%and 99.98%,respectively.Moreover,the results of conductivity determination showed that the conductivities of tomato seeds treated with BCL-8 were 10.02%lower than the control.The results revealed the preliminary mechanisms of BCL-8 promoting seed germination.
