摘    要:通过对不同田间温度下的油菜花蕾大小、冷处理时间、更换培养液和培养密度等影响因素试验,建立并优化了长江下游生态型甘蓝型油菜高效小孢子培养体系。结果表明,适宜的花蕾大小与田间温度有密切关系,随着温度升高,应适当降低选取花蕾的长度;冷处理对特定的基因型材料的出胚有效,总体影响不大;在高浓度蔗糖的NLN液体培养基培养2d后换NLN13培养液后可使材料的出胚数升高;培养密度以1ml培养液含0.5个花蕾最为合适。
