生物技术在马铃薯遗传育种中的应用

摘    要:随着马铃薯生产的发展及马铃薯消费市场的变化,对马铃薯育种工作提出了越来越高的要求,育种目标已从最初的高产型转为抗病虫型以及特殊性状的选育,育种方法也从常规的杂交选择转为利用生物技术改良品种,并取得了一定的进展。笔者通过马铃薯育种试验的数据分析,指出了传统技术与生物技术在马铃薯育种上的差异及其结果对比,这对今后马铃薯育种工作具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:With the development of the production of potato and potato consumption market changes on the potato breeding work in the in- ereasingly high demand, Breeding objectives from the initial yielding to the pest-resistance traits, as well as speeial breeding, conventional breeding methods from the hybrid option to use improved varieties of biotechnology, and has achieved some progress. By potato breeding experiment data analysis, pointed out that the traditional technology and biotechnology in potato breeding and the results of the differences in contrast, the future of potato breeding work has certain guiding significance.
