生物技术在马铃薯遗传育种中的应用

随着马铃薯生产的发展及马铃薯消费市场的变化,对马铃薯育种工作提出了越来越高的要求,育种目标已从最初的高产型转为抗病虫型以及特殊性状的选育,育种方法也从常规的杂交选择转为利用生物技术改良品种,并取得了一定的进展。笔者通过马铃薯育种试验的数据分析,指出了传统技术与生物技术在马铃薯育种上的差异及其结果对比,这对今后马铃薯育种工作具有一定的指导意义。
