基于相位角控制的电主轴四轴联动抑振方法

摘    要:为了降低高速电主轴四周联动机床的主运动谐振振动问题,提出一套通过独立控制四根电主轴转动相位,抑制电主轴高速旋转过程中谐共振问题。通过建立平面动力学运动关系方程式,分析不同相位对电主轴四轴联动动平衡的影响,并调整四根电主轴差异性相位角,推导出每一根电主轴相位关系,削弱共振影响,从而达到提高机床运转平稳、提高加工精度的目的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the main motion vibration problem, it puts forward a set of the method based on con- trolling four electric spindle rotational phase. Through the relationship between plane dynamics equation of motion, the ef- fect of different phase of the electric spindle four axis linkage of dynamic balanc is analysed and adjusted the four electric spindle difference phase angle o Each spindle phase relationship is derived. The resonance effect is weaken so as to im- prove the machine running smoothly, improve the accuracy goal for the machine.
