| 摘 要： | 在食品工业快速发展的背景下,近年来食品安全问题更加突出。例如：瘦肉精、地沟油、毒黄瓜等,这说明食品安全正逐渐影响我们的生活。文章将通过分析当前我国食品产业现状,对我国食品产业的问题进行特定分析,提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In the food industry under the background of rapid development, in recent years, food safety issues become more prominent. For example： lean meat powder, illegal cooking oil, poisonous cucumber, etc., this shows that food safety is gradually influence our life. Article will through the analysis of current status of the food industry in our country, spe- cific analysis of the problem of food industry in China, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. |
