| 摘 要： | 杂色曲霉素在自然界广泛存在,毒性强,可经过多种途径吸收,诱发人和动物产生肿瘤,从而造成极大危害.本研究旨在寻找快速简单的方法测定饲料中的杂色曲霉素,通过蒸馏,提纯,浓缩及荧光显色,发现甲醇法和乙腈法都可以简便快速地检测饲料中的杂色曲霉素.

| Abstract: | Sterigmatocystin are toxic metabolites with carcinogenic potency commonly found in animal feed and human food.This research is to find an easy way of detecting sterigmatocystin in feedstuffs.By distilling,purifying,condensing and displaying under the fluorescence,the sterigmatocystin in feedstuffs could be detected in two easy ways by TLC,where methyl alcohol was in one way and acetonitrile was used in the other. |
