苯酚废水处理的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验对比了活性炭吸附法、电解法、活性炭填充电极电解法处理苯酚废水的效果,探讨了其反应机理。在对影响处理苯酚废水去除率的各种要素如反应时间、电流密度、原水浓度、pH值等进行条件试验后,得出了去除苯酚静态试验的最佳条件。对活性炭填充电极电解法处理苯酚废水而言,电流密度、原水浓度、pH值的影响不大,最佳反应时间为60 m in,最佳NaC l投加量为0.2%。

Abstract:Phenol,as a kind of poison,exists in many chemical and pharmaceutical,petrochemical industrial and related industries.Therefore the removal of phenol wastewater is of environmental interest.The removal of phenol in wastewater by the activated carbon,the electrolysis and the electrolysis of activated carbon were compared.The results showed that the residence time,density of electric current,concentration of the phenol wastewater and pH all affected the decomposition of phenol.Compared with activated carbon and the electrolysis,the electrolysis of activated carbon showed best phenol removing effects,due to the joined function of adsorption,oxidation reduction and catalysis.The density of electric current,concentration of the phenol wastewater and pH had little effects on the electrolysis of activated carbon,while the disposing effect was greatly affected by the influent conductivity and reaction time.The removal efficiency of phenol maintained more than 95% at 60 minute of reaction time and adding 0.2% NaCl.The electrolysis of activated carbon may have a wide application prospect as a new type material of wastewater treatment since its low cost,simple operation and better removal efficiency,and realize the meanwhile continuation of adsorption and regeneration.
