| Abstract: | The present situation of human resources and industrial structure is the urgent problem the countryside face in Shijiazhuang, particularly in the North of China. The investigating and analyzing the human resources quality in shijiazhuang, industrial structure in countryside, agricultural total output value and the countryside human resources, provides basis for professional education and post training to improve the quality of countryside human resources. |
