栽培大豆与半野生大豆种间杂交农艺性状的遗传

摘    要:本文对三个栽培大豆与半野生大豆杂交组合后代进行了遗传分析。结果表明:F_1代各农艺性状杂种优势普遍存在,百粒重的杂种优势及超亲优势为负值。F_2代变异异常广泛,出现了大量的超亲植株,性状的广泛分离为选择提供了依据。种间杂交后代处理与栽培种内杂交后代处理相同。种间杂交后代必须用栽培品种进行回交并进行定向选择,株选与粒选相结合。

Abstract:In this study 3 cross combinations were made between semi wild soybeans (G; grocilis) and the cultivated soybeans(G. max). The results showed that all the characters of FI had obvious het-erosis. The heterosis and heterobeltiosis of 100 - seed weight were negative. F?variance varied widely, and many super plants were found. The wide separations of characters supplied us proof for selecting. Descendents management of interspecific cross were alike with intraspecific cross. The descendents of interspecific cross must make back cross with varieties and fixed selections; plant selections must combined with ggrain selections.
