家电下乡政策对农村居民消费影响分析——基于经验数据的实证分析

通过分析了影响家电下乡产品销售额的影响因素,通过计量经济模型检验了＂家电下乡＂政策是否促使农村居民消费改变。检验结果表明,实行＂家电下乡＂政策后,农民生活消费同比增加了11.69%,但生活消费的收入弹性并没有变化。在此基础上为扩大农村居民消费,提出了建立和健全农村社会保障体系、加大对农村的投资、倡导与市场经济相适应的新型消费观念等对策。

Influence of the Policy of Household Appliances to the Countryside on the Consumption of Rural Residents
