基于层次分析法的牧草生产机械化可持续发展路径分析

运用层次分析法,以牧草生产机械化可持续发展为总目标,以经济发展、生产方式、装备水平、技术进步和生态改善为准则层,构建了我国牧草生产机械化可持续发展影响因素的层次结构模型。计算结果表明,依据对总目标作用程度的大小,各种影响因素依次为政策支持力度、牧草生产机械研发推广力度、牧草生产机械制造水平、牧草生产机械化作业程度、牧草生产机械化社会化服务程度、牧草生产机械装备总动力和牧草生产机械化作业成本。可持续发展的政策路径是是加大政策支持力度,强化牧草生产机械研发推广力度,提高牧草生产机械制造水平。
