棉秆结构及热解规律的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究棉秆的结构及热解规律。[方法]采用热重分析法研究了棉秆纵向(棉杆和棉根)及横向(皮层、质层和髓层)的热解特性。[结果]棉秆是一种质地不均匀的材料,其横、纵向各结构存在较大差异,各层成分含量差异明显。棉杆和棉根随升温速率增大反应程度越剧烈,炭得率依次减小,且相同升温速率下,棉杆炭得率高于棉根;皮、芯、髓层炭得率依次减小,皮层反应剧烈程度小于芯和髓层。[结论]该研究为获得棉秆活性碳技术提供了理论依据。
