春根藤微量元素初级形态分析

摘    要:目的]对春根藤微量元素的初级形态进行分析。方法]采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了春根藤中Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn的含量,并进行初级形态研究。结果]春根藤中Ca含量最高,其次为Fe、Mg、Mn、Cr、Cu;Mg的溶出率最高,为49.62%。结论]该研究可为进一步探讨微量元素与中药药效之间的关系提供参考。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to analyze primary chemical speciation of trace elements in Alyxia sinensis.Method] Flame atomic adsorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn in Alyxia sinensis,and the primary chemical speciation was carried out.Result] The content of Ca in Alyxia sinensis was highest,followed by Fe,Mg,Mn,Cr,Cu.The extraction rate of trace elements of Mg is 49.62%,which is the highest.Conclusion] The study provided reference for further study of the relationship...
