| 摘 要： | 非均衡不协调的发展方式是藏区农村不和谐的根源。实现藏区农村和谐,应推行包容性增长战略,实现经济社会协调发展;建立主流文化为主导,包容多样性的文化发展模式;探索具有藏区特色的区域发展模式。

| Abstract: | Non-equilibrium uncoordinated development approach was the source of discord in rural areas are Tibetan.To have a harmonious countryside,inclusive growth strategy should be implemented to achieve economic and social development.Taking the mainstream culture as the lead,diverse cultural development models were included to explore a regional development mode with Tibetan characteristics. |
