| 摘 要： | 本研究检测了2005年莱芜黑猪保种群促卵泡素β亚基基因(FSHβ)和雌激素受体基因(ESR)的基因和基因型分布,并将其与2000年的检测结果进行了比较。结果表明,与2000年相比,保种群两个基因的基因频率和基因型频率变化很小,均差异不显著。其中FSHβ的有利基因和基因型的频率都有所提高。

| Abstract: | In the study,we detected the gene and genotype frequencies of FSHβ and ESR,which were sampled from the preserved population of Laiwu pigs in the year 2005,and compared them with the frequencies of the same preserved group in 2000 year.The changes of the gene and genotype frequencies of FSHβ and ESR in the preserved population were not much and significant. The advantaged gene and genotype of FSHβ had increased. |
