| 摘 要： | 阿片类物质是一类历史悠久的镇痛药,其主要特性是能引起欣快感及镇痛作用,本文主要对内阿片肽在下丘脑中的分布特点及生理功能作了介绍,可见其在下丘脑的分布相当广泛,发挥了递质和激素的功能,从而为下丘脑作为神经中枢和内分泌器官提供了形态学基础。

| Abstract: | The opioid peptides are a kind of analgesic drugs and they can cause exciting and analgesia .In this review,the distribution and physiologic functions of endogenous opioid peptides in hypothalamus were discussed .It showed that they wide spreaded in hypothalamus and played the role as neurotransmitter and hormone.The above provided the morphological materials for hypothalamus as neural centre and endocrine organ. |
