镉胁迫对慈姑生长的影响

摘    要:以慈姑品种苏州黄和紫圆为试材,研究了其在不同浓度Cd2+胁迫下部分生理生化指标、Cd2+在产品器官中的残留量及最终的产量变化.研究结果表明.叶片和根系的可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力均随Cd2+处理浓度的增加而下降,叶片和根系的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量则呈上升的趋势.叶片SOD、POD活性在低浓度Cd2+处理下有所增加,随处理浓度的进一步增加而下降.而CAT活性则呈持续下降的趋势.Cd2+胁迫能明显降低两慈姑品种的产量.

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves and roots Sagittaria sagittifolia were studied in Sagittaria sagittifolia in Suzhouhuang and Ziyuan on cultivars of Suzhouhuang and Ziyuan under Cd2+ stress. The Cd2+ residues distribution of the corms and yield were also determined. The results showed that under stress of Cd2+, the contents of soluble protein in leaves and roots, activities of roots descended with increasing of Cd2+ concentration at whole, but the membrane permeability and content of MDA ...
