摘    要: 间歇性地给菌丝块换水可以诱导菌丝产生孢子囊,进而释放游动孢子。挑取5~8块直径为8mm于利马豆或V8汁平板上培养4~8d的菌块,置于直径7cm的培养皿内,加入蒸馏水正好没过菌块表面,每30 min换水一次,换水4次后加入15 ml Petri培养液,25℃、黑暗条件下培养18~20 h,可诱发菌块大量产孢。

Abstract:By changing water intermittently, we can induce mycelia of Phytophthora sojae to produce sporangia that release zoospores. The isolates of P.sojae were cultured on LBA or V8A for 4 8 da ys. Five or more culture blocks (8 mm diameter) were cut and transferred to a 7 cm plate with distilled water just covering the surface of culture blocks. 15 ml Petri nutrient solution was added into the culture dish after having changed water four times at 30 mi nutes interval. After incubation under 25℃ in darkness for 18 20 hours, mycelia could produce a large number of sporangia that release zoospores.
