摘    要:低温胁迫处理引起香蕉和大蕉超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性的下降,香蕉下降的幅度比大蕉大。大蕉在低温胁迫下脱落酸(ABA)含量增加,而香蕉ABA含量明显低于大蕉,并在低温胁迫过程中出现波动。多效唑处理可以提高香蕉的抗冷性,低温胁迫条件下处理香蕉比对照的香蕉具有较高SOD活性和内源ABA含量。香蕉和大蕉SOD同工酶谱带组成在低温前后没有变化,但香蕉谱带中多数强度有所改变,其中同工酶V强度明显加强,大蕉SOD同工酶则相对较稳定。

Abstract:The effects of low temperature on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and abscisic acid (ABA) of potted bananas (Musa AAA group cv. Dazhong Gaoba and Musa ABB group cv. Aiba Dajiao) were studied in a controlled environment chamber. It was found that although in both of the AAA and ABB bananas, low temperature stress caused the decrease of SOD activity and the decrease in Percentage in AAA banana,which was less chilling resistant, was significantly greater than that in ABB banana. The zymogram pattern of SOD isozymes did not change after low temperature treatment in these two groups of banana. The intensity of most isozyme bands in AAA banana, especinlly the band V, changed. In contrast, the intensity of isozyme bands in ABB banana was more consistent. Low temperature stress altered endogenous ABA content in these two groups of banans. ABA level of AAA banana showed slight fluctuations under the low temperature treatment, while that of the ABB banana increased steadily with temperature drop. Paclobutrazol treatment enhanced chilling resistance in AAA banana, and increased SOD activity and ABA level.
