河南桂花品种过氧化物酶同功酶研究

测定了１５个河南桂花品种的过氧化物酶同功酶，共检出１５条酶带。这些酶带可分为４组，其中组豆和组Ⅰ为主酶带。对酶带数和对应酶带活性度的品种间距离作聚类分析，兼顾品种的形态性状和花期差异，将供试的桂花品种分为３个品种群：银桂品种群、金桂品种群和丹桂品种群，其中银佳品种群含２个品种型即银桂品种型和四季桂品种型。

Studies on the Isoperoxidase of Osmanthus fragrans Varieties in Henan

Isoperoxidase of 15 varieties of Osmanthus fragrans in Henan provincewere examined by polyacrylamide gel electrOPhoresis. 15 enzyme belts have been found,which can be divided into 4 groups, and of which group m and group I are main enzymebelts.O.fragrans Aurantiacus group have Rf0.08enzyme belt,which other varietygroups don't possess.On the basis of cluster analysis of the number of enzyme--beltsand the activity,together with their differences in morphologies and bloom peroids among varieties,O. fragrans can be classified into 3 variety--groups:O.fragrans Aurantiacus group,O.fragrans Odoratus group and O.'fragrans Thunbergii group.O.fragrans Odoratus group includes 2 subgroups(Forma):Forma odoratus and Formasemperflorens.
