不同能量水平限饲对肉种鸡种蛋氨基酸及脂肪酸含量影响

摘    要:文章探讨不同能量水平日粮对肉种鸡种蛋氨基酸及脂肪酸含量影响。选用27周龄体重相近爱拔益加(AA)肉种鸡240羽,随机分为4组,每组设6个重复,每个重复10羽,产蛋率达5%时开始试验,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲粮能量水平分别为对照组80%、70%、50%,各组每日投料量及饲粮中粗蛋白质、氨基酸等其他营养水平均相同,40周龄结束试验,测定种蛋中氨基酸及脂肪酸含量。结果表明,(1)与对照组相比,35周龄时50%限饲组蛋黄中必需氨基酸含量显著升高(P0.05),而80%、70%限饲组有上升趋势,但差异不显著(P0.05),其中70%、50%限饲组蛋黄中苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量显著升高(P0.05),各限饲组蛋黄中总游离氨基酸有升高趋势,但差异不显著(P0.05);各限饲组对蛋清中必需氨基酸、总游离氨基酸含量均无显著影响(P0.05),但70%、50%限饲组蛋氨酸含量显著升高(P0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,35周龄时50%限饲组蛋黄中必需脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸含量显著升高(P0.05);40周龄肉种鸡70%、50%能量限饲组必需脂肪酸、饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸均显著下降(P0.05)。综上所述,35周龄时,肉种鸡能量限饲可提高种蛋中氨基酸及脂肪酸含量,40周龄时不宜过度能量限饲。

Abstract:This experiment studied the effect of different energy restriction levels on amino acids and fatty acids of Arbor Acres (AA) broiler breeders during the initial laying period.240 AA broiler breeders (27 weeks old) with similar body weights were randomly divide into four groups with six replicates per group and 10 birds each replicate.The experiment was conducted when laying rate reached 5%.The birds in the control group were fed the basal diet,and those in trial groups were fed the diets with 80%,70% and 50% energy levels of the basal diet,respectively.During the experimental period,feed intake of each group was restricted and set the same for each day.The experiment ended at 40 weeks old of broiler breeders,and went on for 14 weeks,determination of the amino acids and fatty acid content of eggs.① The results showed that the contents of essential amino acids in 50% energy restriction group in egg yolk of 35 week old broiler breeder was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05),the content of essential amino acids in egg yolk of 80% and 70% energy restriction group was increased,but not significant (P> 0.05),and the content of Thr and Phe in 70%,50% energy restriction group in egg yolk was significantly increased (P<0.05).Total free amino acids in egg yolk of each energy restriction groups were increased,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05);The content of essential amino acids and total free amino acids in egg white had no significant difference (P>0.05),but the contents of the Met in 70%,50% energy restriction groups were significantly increased (P<0.05).② The content of essential fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in 50% energy restriction group in egg yolk of 35 week old broiler breeder was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);The contents of essential fatty acids,saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids of 40 weeks old broiler breeder in 70% and 50% energy restriction groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05).In summary,energy restriction of broiler breeders could increase the contents of amino acids and fatty acids in eggs at 35 weeks,but could not be excessive energy restriction at 40 weeks.
