摘    要:以大花木绣球芽茎段为外植体,研究不同消毒时间、不同类型的芽、不同培养基对大花木绣球增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:采用质量浓度0.1%HgCl_2,消毒时间8 min,对大花木绣球的消毒效果最好;带有顶芽的侧芽萌发率较高,萌发率达到72.5%;适合大花木绣球增殖的培养基为WPM+1.0 mg·L~(-1) IBA+0.75 mg·L~(-1)NAA;大花木绣球最适合的生根培养基为1/4WPM+1.0 mg·L~(-1) NAA。

Abstract:Forestry University,2017,45(7):66-68.With the flowers and trees Hydrangea buds as explants, we studied the effects of different disinfection time for explants of different types of pollution effects on bud germination rate, different culture medium for proliferation and rooting of Hydrangea large flowers.The disinfection method suitable for large flowers and trees Hydrangea was 0.1% HgCl2 for 8-min disinfection.With a higher lateral the bud germination rate can reach 72.5%.The proliferation medium was WPM+IBA1.0mg/L+NAA0.75mg/L.The most suitable rooting medium was 1/4WPM+NAA1.0mg/L.
