摘    要:盐胁迫严重限制作物生长和产量。水杨酸是一种植物激素,对植物生长发育和抵御逆境胁迫具有重要作用。文章综述植物体内水杨酸合成代谢途径,水杨酸有效性影响因素及调控作物耐盐生理机制,包括诱导抗氧化防御系统,降低膜脂过氧化;促进光合和呼吸作用;调控离子吸收与分布,缓解离子毒害;调控物质代谢,改善营养状况;与其他激素或信号物质间交叉对话。同时提出相关领域研究重点。

Abstract:Salinization was one of the major abiotic stresses in the world limiting crop growth and yield.Phytohormone salicylic acid (SA) played an important role in regulating plant growth,development and against stress.This paper reviewed the synthesis and metabolic pathway of SA in plants,factors influencing the effectiveness of SA,and the physiological mechanism of SA in regulating plant salt tolerance.The physiological mechanism that SA alleviated salt stress including five aspects:enhancing antioxidant defense system and scavenging reactive oxygen species,improving photosynthesis and respiration,regulating ion uptake and distribution,and mitigating ion toxicity,regulating material metabolism and improving nutritional status,cross-talking with other hormones or signaling molecule.Several questions to be resolved in future were put forward.
