| 摘 要： | 直接提取腾冲大滚锅热泉壁、龙陵大沸泉泉底沉积物总DNA，PCR扩增获得古菌和细菌16S rDNA的V8高变区片段，进行DGGE分析。结果显示。细菌和古菌在2个高温热泉中均有一定数量的存在，而且2个热泉古菌的DGGE条带差异度较大，而细菌在2个高温热泉中数量较多，而且相似较大.

| Abstract: | The gross DNA of two environmental samples was extracted from a hot spring Dagunguo of Tengchong Rehai and a hot spring Dafeiquan of Longling.Then,the fragments of V_8 region of the 16S rRNA genes of bacteria and archaea were obtained by PCR using two sets of domain-specific primers,and these fragments were analyzed by DGGE(denature gradient gel electrophoresis),respectively.The results of the DGGE analyses indicated that the two neighbor hot springs possesses relatively plenty of prokaryotic species with r... |
