轴流式脱粒装置脱出物沿滚筒轴向分布规律研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的螺旋叶片带板齿式轴流脱粒与分离装置,进行了水稻脱粒试验研究,目的是研究脱出物沿滚筒轴向的分布规律。试验结果表明,脱出物沿轴向分布规律受籽粒的分布影响较大,子粒分布曲线规律显著,在不同喂入量的情况下分布形式相似,喂入量大曲线的峰值较高。该研究为脱粒与分离装置的进一步研究提供了理论依据,使轴流技术能更好的应用于实践生产当中。

Abstract:In order to investigate the distribution regularities of axial direction of emerging object, experimental research of paddy threshing and separation used axial flow threshing and separation installation designed by ourselves of screw vane with shutter tooth was carried on. The experimental results showed: the axial direction distribution regularities of emerging object was influenced obviously by kernel distribution; the regularity of kernel distribution curve was obvious; the distributions were similar at different feeding amount;the peak value of curve increased with the feeding amount increasing. The research provided basic theories for further search and the axial flow technology was expected could be applied to experience.
