摘    要:以云南元谋干热河谷引种的3个剑麻(Agave sisalana)品种"H.11648、广西76416、肯尼亚K2"为试验材料,采用盆栽试验的方法,设置干旱胁迫组与正常浇水组,研究连续进行了4个月,每月测定一次形态指标及生理指标,对比研究了剑麻不同品种间的抗旱能力差异与干旱环境下的生理响应。研究结果表明:剑麻在干旱胁迫下,叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活力都有一定程度的增加,叶片含水量则有一定程度地降低,尤其是在干旱胁迫的第一个月中,变化程度更明显。隶属函数比较表明,3个品种的抗旱能力大小比较为:广西76416肯尼亚K2H.11648。

Abstract:Three Agave sisalana varieties, H. 11648, Guang Xi 76416, Kenya K2, were selected as the test materials in the dry-hot valleys Yuanmou, Yunnan. The drought resistance physiology were studied for four months. An pot experiment method was used and the morphological indices and physiological indices were determined. The results showed that under drought stress, the total chlorophyll content, MDA content, proline content, POD activity, SOD activity in the leaves of the three Agave sisalana varieties had a certain degree of increase, while the water content decreased. Especially in the first month of drought stress, the change was more obviously. At last, the comparisons of the three Agave sisalana were presented, and the drought resistance capacity of the three Agave sisalana varieties was: Guang Xi 76416>Kenya K2>H.11648.
