肉牛生物活性促肥剂试验研究初报

摘    要:本研究为了提高肉牛增重速度和饲料报酬,根据反刍动物营养及生理调控理论,研制了生物活性促肥剂Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号。在基础日粮和饲养管理条件一致情况下,经3组(24头,每组8头)对比饲养试验表明:对照组(基础日粮组)、促肥剂Ⅰ号组和Ⅱ号组的日增重分别为:1.513、1.555和1.945kg,促肥剂Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号组比对照组分别提高日增重2.78%和28.55%,饲料转化率提高7.03%和23.37%。并且经济效益十分显著,各组每头、每日分别获利3.059、3.109和5.253元。添加促肥剂Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号的牛比照对照组牛利润提高1.67%和71.72%。由此看出生物活性促肥剂Ⅱ号具有明显的促增重作用和良好的经济应用价值。

Abstract:This study depend on theory of nutritional regulation about ruminant,We have made bioactival fattening additive Ⅰand Ⅱkind. During experiment,basal ration、feedingand management are the same condition in three groups (total 24,each group is 8). This experiment demonstrated that daily gain of control group、group of fattening additive ⅠandⅡKind was separately 1. 513, 1. 555 and 1. 945kg,daily gain of Ⅰand Ⅱkind of group increased separately by 2. 78 and 28. 55 percent higher than control group. The feed conversion rate of Ⅰand Ⅱkind of group was enhance separtely 7. 03 and 23. 37 percent thancontrol group. Economical efficacy was very obvious. Arergr daily benefit of a cattle in eachgroup come to 3. 059. 3. 109 and 5. 253 Yuan separately. Benefit of fattening additive Ⅰand Ⅱkind of group enhance sepaately 1. 63 and 71. 72 higher percent than control group.therefore,bioactival fattening additive Ⅱkind possess obvious effect of fattening and applying valve.
