中国及亚洲主要国家食用油消费研究

近年来,中国的植物油消费快速增长,总量跃居世界首位。由于国内产不足需,竞争力弱且缺乏有效保护,油料和植物油进口大幅增长,对外依存度不断提高,引起国内对食用油供给安全的担心。准确把握未来中国食用油消费趋势,对于国内合理制定产业政策和贸易政策具有重要的参考价值。食用油消费影响因素复杂,总体来看,收入水平、贸易政策及消费习惯是决定消费的3个最重要因素。根据消费习惯,选择日本、韩国和中国台湾等亚洲国家(地区)作为参照,在深入分析其不同发展阶段、不同贸易政策下食用油消费特征的基础上,结合中国未来人口增长和经济发展趋势,判断了中国食用油消费的增长趋势和幅度,以期为制定国家食用油发展和贸易战略提供参考。

Study on Edible Oil Consumption in China and Major Countries of Asian

In recent years, China＇s vegetable oil consumption grew rapidly, and the total quantity leaped to the first in the world. Due to insufficient domestic production, weak competitiveness and lack of effective protection, oilseeds and vegetable oil imports increased significantly, resulting in increasing degree of external dependence, domestic dwellers were anxious about edible oil supply security. Accurately grasping the future trend of edible oil consumption in China has important reference value for the domestic reasonable construction of industrial and trade policies. The influencing factors of edible oil consumption were complex, the overall most important three were income level, trade policy and consumption habits. According to consumption habits, this paper chose some Asian countries （regions） as reference, such as Japan, Republic of Korea and Taiwan （China）. On the basis of in depth analyzing their oil consumption characteristics under different stages of development and trade policies, combining Chinese population growth and domestic economic development trend in the future, this paper determined the growth tendency and scope of edible oil consumption in China, so as to provide reference for national oil development and trade strategy.
