国家产业体系与地方创新团队对接机制的探索与思考

国家现代农业产业技术体系与地方创新团队的有效对接是提升科技支撑产业发展的有效方式。笔者介绍了国家产业体系的三大突破和四川创新团队的主要特点，着重阐述了二者在优势特色产业选择、全产业链设计、人员聘用、职能分工、综合试验站和产业示范基地县功能定位、效益延伸等方面的有效对接，最后从建立交流合作、双向考核、相互流动、有效利益连接机制等方面提出了对策建议，以期为推动国家产业体系和地方创新团队建设特别是二者的有效对接提供参考。

Exploration and Thinking of Docking Mechanism About National Modern Agriculture Industrial Technical Systems and Local Innovation Teams

The effective docking between national modern agriculture industrial technical system and local innovation team was a useful way for development of agricultural industry by sci-tech Breakthroughs of national modern agriculture industrial technical system and chief characteristics of local innovation team in Sichuan province were introduced in this paper. Effective docking between the two of advantageous and characteristic industries selection, designs of whole industrial chain, personnel recruitment, division of labor, functional positioning of comprehensive testing station and demonstration bases of industries in counties, and benefit extension were expatiated in detail. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions about cooperation, two-way examination, reciprocal exchange, docking mechanism of effective interests were put forward. It provided reference for the construction of national modern agriculture industrial technical system and local innovation team, especially in their effective docking.
