| 摘 要： | 全员、全程、全方位是全面育人的形,能力培养则是全面育人之神。加强全面育人机制建设,必须形神兼备。在全面育人过程中,必须结合大学生的身心特点,应该着重培养其基本能力、专业能力、发展能力。完善以能力培养为核心的全面育人机制的主要途径包括深化教学改革、强化育人队伍、加强实践活动、改善基础设施、培育校园文化等。

| Abstract: | The all-round talent training takes ＂full-scale, whole course and all-round＂ as its form and ＂ability training＂ as its spirit. The construction of all-round cultivation mechanism must be proceeded by attention to both the form and the spirit. The physical and mental characteristics of college students must be taken into consideration in the course of all-round education, with the focuses on basic skills, specialty expertise and development abilities. The principal approaches to the improvement of the all-round cultivation mechanism include deepening teaching reform, enhancing the faculty strength, strengthening practice teaching link, upgrading facilities, and setting up favorable campus life. |
