摘    要:为了对河北省各地区经济发展潜力进行综合评价,准确地发现各因素的相对重要性及其对综合发展潜力的影响程度,对主成分分析法进行修正,采用定量评价的方法,对河北省的11个城市的生态安全进行了预警评价研究。结果表明,河北省廊坊市得分为0.55,处于理想安全与临界安全之间,而其他城市均在临界安全与较不安全之间,其先后顺序为:秦皇岛市、保定市、承德市、邢台市、唐山市、石家庄市、张家口市、沧州市、邯郸市、衡水市。总体上,河北省生态环境存在较多的不安全因素,生态环境压力强度较大,全省城市生态系统的状态呈现出不均衡的状态,应提高响应水平。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the potential for economic development in various regions of Hebei Province, accurately find the degree of the relative importance of the factors and their impact on the comprehensive development potential, the author through amendmenting the principal component analysis and using the quantitative evaluation method evaluates the ecological safety of the 11 cities in Hebei Province. The evaluation results showed that the Langfang City of Hebei Province scores 0.55, which was between ideal security and criticality safety. Other cities between the criticality safety and less secure by turns were as follows: Qinhuangdao City, Baoding City, Chengde City, Xingtai City, Tangshan City, Shijiazhuang City, Zhangjiakou City, Cangzhou City, Handan City, Hengshui City. After all, Hebei Province should improve the response level, for there were many unsafe factors of ecological environment, the ecological environment pressure intensity was big, and the city ecosystem state took on an imbalanced state.
