新疆特色马产业的文化旅游发展路径

通过对新疆特色马产业文化旅游资源、习俗等方面的研究，探索新疆特色马产业文化旅游发展的方向与重点，提出发展新疆特色马文化旅游的路径。项目采用典型访问的方式，走访新疆马主要产区、加工企业、马术俱乐部等，研究新疆特色马产业的文化发展问题、需求结构和可能的发展领域。通过对新疆特色马文化发展内涵的研究，提出采用政府引导、企业运作、群众参与的方式，整合马文化资源，建立马文化、马运动、马旅游等平台，营造马文化旅游氛围，培育马文化旅游消费市场，形成新疆文化旅游的核心竞争力。

The Connotations and Subject Orientation of Specified Horse Industrial Development in Xinjiang

Xinjiang is the main province where produces horses. In this paper, the current situation of horse industrial development was researched, focal point was presented, and new developing way of horse industry was explored. This project analyzed the developing status and characters of horse industry by using statistical method; the main horse producing places, processing enterprise and horse-riding club in Xinjiang were visited and investigated typically to understand the problems, demand structure and possible developing direction in horse industrial development. The developing countermeasures were put forward according to the result of connotations and orientation of horse industry.
