| 摘 要： | 迄今尚未见破除黄花棘豆种子休眠的报道,本文采用预冷、细沙和砂纸摩擦、热水和浓硫酸浸种共四种处理方法,试验结果表明四种处理均可显著提高黄花棘豆种子的发芽率,其中砂纸摩擦方法简单、效果最佳,其发芽势和发芽率分别从8.2%和10.7%提高到51.9%和58.6%。

| Abstract: | So far little information was available on breaking the oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge seed dormancy.The experiment includes four treatments,pre-cooling,friction with sand and sandpaper,dip in hot water and erode with 98%H2SO4.The results showed that the four treatments all make significantly improve on germination rate,especially treatment with sandpaper friction,which increased the seed germination percentage from 10.7% to 58.6%. |
