拖拉机耕深伺服控制的研究

摘    要:阐明了液压伺服系统控制耕深的优越性、液压伺服系统的组成及工作原理,定量分析了位移传感器输出和给定耕深电位器输出与耕深的关系;并且还从田间试验的给定耕深、位移传感器测量耕深和田间实测耕深之间的关系,阐明了液压伺服控制系统控制关系的正确性及其优点,最后对液压伺服控制系统作出了评价。

Abstract:Automatic control of ploughing depth of tractor with servo valve according to the load and ploughing depth is presented in detail. The meassures are that the signals of displacement transducer of ploughing depth and force transducer of ploughing resistance are piled up and compared with given ploughing depth,and then inputted to servo amplifier, and exported controlling signals that control the electric-liquid servo valve,therefore the travel and direction of controlling valve will be changed and the oil quality of raising oil jar of tractor will be changed. The aim to change ploughing depth is achieved. Successful control system and field test with the TMD-model of servo control system of tractor ploughing depth have been made and satisfactory results have been obtained.
