摘    要:以河南省生产上主要推广的15个玉米品种为材料,采用近红外光谱技术,分析了粗蛋白含量在8种不同生态环境下的变化。结果表明,不同品种不同地点间粗蛋白含量存在显著差异。不同品种间粗蛋白含量变幅为9.5 4%~12 .6 5 % ,粗蛋白含量大于11%的品种为HE - 1、HE - 2、豫单10 1和豫单2 0 0 2 ,显著高于其他品种。不同地点间粗蛋白含量变幅为9.80 %~11.0 9% ,以驻马店点和郑州点最高。

Abstract:The change of four quality characters of fifteen maize varieties under eight kinds of ecological environment was analysed using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS). The results show that variance of locations and varieties were significant on protein contents. The variance range of different varieties on protein content was 9.54%-12.65%.The protein content of the HE-1,HE-2,Yudan 101 and Yudan 2002 was more than 11% . The variance range of different locations in protein content was 9.80%-11.09%,with the protein content of the Zhumadian and Zhengzhou being highest.
