越橘组培苗生根培养的正交试验

摘    要:利用正交试验设计研究了不同基本培养基、不同浓度的吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、蔗糖以及活性炭等因子对越橘组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:5个因子对越橘再生苗生根的影响程度依次为活性炭、吲哚丁酸、基本培养基、萘乙酸和蔗糖。其中,活性炭的添加对越橘的生根有极显著影响,吲哚丁酸的影响较显著,基本培养基有影响但不显著。越橘纽培苗生根的适宜培养基组合为1/2WPMA+IBA2.0mg/L+NA.AO.5mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+活性炭1g/L。

Orthogonal Experiment on Rooting Culture of Blueberry

Abstract:A set of orthogonal experiment was carried on blueberry in order to search the infulence of basic medium,IBA,NAA,sucrose and carbon on root induction of tissue culture.The results showed that the influence of the five factors were followed by carbon,IBA,basic meduim,NAA and sucrose.The best media component for rooting culture of blueberry was 1/2WPMA+IBA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+sucrose20g/L+carbon 1g/L.
