不同采摘期枸杞品质变化研究

摘    要:通过测定宁夏不同地区枸杞头茬果、盛果期果实和秋果中多糖、总糖、氨基酸、甜菜碱含量及百粒重,分析不同采摘期枸杞品质变化。结果表明:枸杞头茬果中各成分含量高于盛果期果实,夏果中各成分含量高于秋果;不同采摘期枸杞品质发生变化,头茬果品质较盛果期好,夏果品质比秋果好,但秋果中各项指标均能达到枸杞营养成分的要求。此研究为枸杞果实的等级分类提供了依据,同时提示枸杞的秋果生产同样具有重要意义。

Abstract:To determine the contents of polysaccharide, total sugar, amino acid, betaine, hundred-seed weight of Lycium barbarurn L from different habitats in first stubble, prosperous time and autumn, and analyze the change of their qualities in different picking stages. Polysaccharide was measured by carbolic acid-sulfuric acid method, total sugar was measured by acid-base titration method, amino acid was measured by amino acid analyzer, betaine was measured by HPLC and hundred-seed weight was determined by random-sample method. The result showed that the contents in first stubble fruits were higher than those of prosperous time, and the contents in summer fruits were higher than those of autumn fruits. The quality of first stubble fruits is better than prosperous time, and the quality of summer fruits is better than autumn fruits, and yet the contents in autumn fruits reach nutritious demand. This research offers a reference on the classification of Lyciurn barbarurn L, and suggests that the production of autumn fruits is of significance.
