帽儿山林场林地资源资产评估

以东北林业大学帽儿山试验林场为研究对象,利用2004年帽儿山林场二类调查资料数据以及相关的技术资料和参数,结合林地资源评价方法对其东林施业区进行评估。利用现有数据对立地等级进行划分,选用收益现值法,结合林场实际情况使用专家打分法即Delphi法编制了立地质量得分表,得出东林施业区的林地地价为15 307 637.71元。此次评估为实现林地资源的资产化管理及促进林场资产的合理利用和优化配置提供基础性的数据,对推进森林资源的商品化、促进森林保护事业的发展有着十分重要的意义。

Assets Evaluation of Woodland Resources in Mao'er Mountain Forest Farm

Taking the Mao＇er Mountain experimental forest farm of Northeast Forestry University as research object, the evaluation of its east forest operation area was carried out with forest resource assessment method based on the class Ⅱ investigation data of Mao＇er Mountain forest farm in 2004 as well as the related technical information and parameters. The site grade was divided using available data, meanwhile the table of site quality score was prepared with the Delphi and present earning value method based on the actual situation of forest farm, which indicated that the woodland price of east forest operation area was 15, 307, 637.71 yuan. This evaluation provided fundamental data for achieving the capitalization management of woodland resources as well as promoting the rational utilization and optimized allocation of forest farm assets, which had great significance in facilitating the commercialization of forest resources and assisting the forest protection development.
