中国农区水体环境质量预警体系构建的研究(简报)

该文根据中国农区水体环境质量的实际情况,提出了农区水体环境质量预警体系的概念及其构建原则,设计了由基础数据层、专业服务层和决策应用层构成的预警框架体系,并对农区水体环境质量预警体系的主要功能进行了阐释.文中提出了中国农区水体监测网络及其预警指标体系.该研究可为农区水体环境质量预警系统的真正建立和国家水资源安全提供依据和保障.

Building the early-warning system for water environmental quality in rural region of China

According to the reality of water environmental quality in rural areas of China, this paper puts forward the concept and the building principles of early-warning system for water environmental quality in rural areas. Meanwhile, the frame system for the early-warning system was designed for three layers including basic data layer, professional service layer and decision application layer, and also the function of the system was described. The monitoring network and distribution for water environmental quality were further proposed, and the index systems for early-warning were set up. It was proved that the early-warning system was helpful for the improvement of the water environment quality and the national water resource security.
