沙地柏扦插育苗的研究

摘    要:为提高沙地柏扦插育苗的成活率,试验对沙地柏在不同基质、不同促根剂处理、不同插条粗度下的插穗生根情况进行了研究.结果表明:沙地柏插条在不同基质类型中均能不同程度生成不定根,其中以1/3细河沙+2/3田园土的基质生根效果最好:经5种促根剂处理后,沙地柏的生根情况均好于对照,其中以萘乙酸处理后的生根率和总根长均为最高;采用直径为6mm - 7mm的插条进行扦插,其生根率和总根长均为最高.综合试验结果,以1/3细河沙+ 2/3田园土作为基质、采用粗度为6mm -7mm的枝条作为插条、并以500ppm萘乙酸预处理有利于沙地柏插条生根.

Abstract:The effects of different substrates,different stuff to promote rooting and cuttings of different diameter on rooting were studied to increase the survival rate of raising seedlings in Sabina vulgaris Ant.The results showed: cuttings in different substrates all rooted and the rooting was best in substrate of one third soft river sand plus two third soil.Rooting became better after treatments by five stuff,rooting rate and total root length were all hightest after treatment by NAA.Rooting rate and total root length were all hightest with cutting of 6~7mm diameter.In conclusion,substrate of one third soft river sand plus two third soil,treatment by NAA and cutting of 6~7mm diameter were suitable contitions to improve rooting for Sabina vulgaris Ant.
