美国红栌组培快繁研究

摘    要:组织培养已成为快速繁殖各种观赏植物、园艺植物和林木的一种重要方法。组织培养是在人工控制的环境下进行的,植物所需要的营养物质及生长素都能得到满足,而且用量少,繁殖系数高,节省土地,这对于美国红栌的推广有重要意义。对彩叶树种美国红栌试管苗的继代培养和生根培养进行了研究,结果表明:在NT(1971)+BA 0.6mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L培养基上,美国红栌试管苗继代培养的丛生苗分化率最高且生长良好;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.omg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+IAA 0.15mg/L.试管苗生根率可达90%。

Abstract:Tissue culture has become an important method of rapid propagation of ornamental plants,horticultural plants and forest tree.Tissue culture was carried out in artificial environment laboratory.The nutrient and auxin can all satisfied for plant growth.They have important significance on the popularization of Cotinus Coggyria,little dosage,high propagation ratio,saving land.This paper studied subculture and rooting culture on test-tube plantlet of the cultivar of colored-leaf plants-Cotinus Coggyria.The results indicated that the medium of NT(1971)+ BA 0.6mg/L+ NAA 0.2mg/L was superior than other medium which could obtain well growth and higher differentiating frequency of tufted seedling on subculture of the test-tube seedlings of Cotinus Coggyria,and 1/2 MS + IBA 0.omg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L + IAA 0.15mg/L was the optimum shoot rooting medium with 90% rooting.
