微波辅助法提取枸杞红色素的工艺条件研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助法提取枸杞红色素,通过单因素和正交实验确定微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件,即采用体积比2∶3的0.1mol/LHCl与95%乙醇的混合溶液作为提取剂、微波功率400W、提取时间30s、料液比为1∶10进行浸提.与传统的溶剂浸提法相比,提取时间由24h缩短为30s,色素得率由15.20%增加到16.87%.

Abstract:Technology of microwave-assisted extracting red pigment from fructus lycii;using organic solvent was studied in this paper.Based on traditional methods,an improved technology was developed through condition optimization with single factor and orthogonal tests.The obtained optimum extraction conditions are as follows: solvent mixture 0.1 mol/L HCl and 95% alcohol(2∶3,v/v),microwave power 400W,extraction time 30 s,and material to liquid ratio 1∶10.Compared with traditional extraction methods,the microwave-assisted extraction reduces extraction time from 24h to 30 s and increases extraction yield from 15.20% to 16.87%.
