绿参的种苗繁育试验

摘    要:在绿参的繁育栽培试验中,对种子催芽、硬枝扦插、嫩枝扦插进行不同的对比试验。结果表明:种子催芽以变温加激动素(kinetin)效果最佳,硬枝扦插宜以枝条和根条浸蘸ABT生根粉或吲哆丁酸(IBA)为主,嫩枝扦插以ABT生根粉加遮荫棚效果最好。

Abstract:The different contrast tests have been done on presprouting of seed, hardwood cutting and softwood cutting in breeding Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. The results show that the effect of using kinetin for presprouting of seed is the best, hardwood cutting should use branch and root to dip ABT rooting powder or indole butyric acid (IBA), and softwood cuttings should use ABT rooting powder and shade.
